About the event

The Somerville Special Education Department will be providing a preview of the Special Education budget to our members next Thursday, March 6th at East Somerville Community School from 7 to 8:30 pm.

We aim to provide recommendations based on this presentation to the School Committee before the March 19th Finance Committee meeting

This is the first Special Education budget preview open to SEPAC members. We recognize the district's collaborative effort to seek input from our community. We ask that members kindly hold questions until the end of the presentation. There will be time for questions and answers afterward. For members who can't join us in person but have questions regarding the Somerville Special Education Budget, please send your questions directly to SomervilleSEPAC@gmail.com by noon on Thursday, March 6th.

In preparation for this meeting and the short response time, SSEPAC provided feedback on existing documents. The Special Education Department is working…
